Falls has 25 years of actuarial and advantages consulting expertise, with a deal with main public worker retirement methods. Previous to becoming a member of Milliman, he served as lead actuary for the Arizona State Retirement System, the Lecturers Retirement System of Oklahoma, the New Mexico Instructional Retirement Board, the New Mexico Public Workers Retirement Affiliation, and the Workers Retirement System of Texas.
